Solventless mask washers are designed and built to provide clean, dry paint masks for your painting operation, reduce the cost of mask washing, and provide an environmentally safe water-based method of automatically removing coating materials from mask tooling with high temperature cleaning solution. The barrier coating is applied to a clean mask prior to painting. This polymer based biodegradable film keeps paint overspray from adhering to the mask. When the tooling is ready to be cleaned, the mask washer immerses the tooling in a heated high pressure spray. This impingement denatures the paint for filtration and reapplies a new film of barrier coating.
