Fixtured tooling allows repeatable part to mask registration. Automatic clamping of the part to the mask allows for faster paint cycles and paint line definition. Rest pads are equipped with shot pins that locate into bushings on the mask tooling for proper alignment. Fixtures have rack and pinion design with cam follower guides when clamping part to mask. Bench style, trunion, vertical, and hinge fixtures are designed per customer part specifications.
